【PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS】
1.Single use only.
2.Avoid contact with sharp objects. 
3.Do not fold or squeeze the Leukocyte Reduction Filter made of PVC calendered film . 
4.Do not apply mechanical or manual pressure to increase flow rate. 
5.Inappropriate handling may adversely affect filtration. 
6.It is the responsibility of the qualified physician to follow the instructions for use of the complete set of medical devices which are made of Leukocyte Reduction Filters produced by manufacturers.
7.Use aseptic techniques. The specified detailed Indication of Use of the device is in accordance to the IFU offered by manufacturers who integrate the Leukocyte Reduction Filter with their sets. 

【PREPARATIVE CHECK AND PREPARATION】
1.Check whether there is any damage on the package before use Do not use the device if the package is damaged;
2.After the shelf life is confirmed, unpack and take the device out of the package;
3.Do not use the device if there are any function abnormality or questions.

【STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS】
1.The product must be stored in a clean, cool, dry, non-corrosive and well-ventilated environment where the relative humidity is not exceed 80%. 
2.The sterilization is valid for 3 years. 
3.During transportation, avoid heavy load, direct sunlight, rain and snow during the transportation process.

【PRODUCT DISPOSAL】
After use, handle and dispose of the product in accordance with accepted medical practice and applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.

【POST-PROCEDURE】
If during the use of this device or as a result of its use, any serious incident has occurred in relation to the device, please report it to the Manufacturer and to your national competent authority.
