Intended Use:
This equipment is used to separate plasma and red blood cells in blood components, and it is equipped with intelligent data transmission and tube sealing functions. It features an easy-to-clean surface for convenient and efficient operation.
Working Principle and Device:
This device employs a precision control module that initiates operation via a handle‑mounted sensor. It utilizes a pressure plate to automatically compress blood bags, and features a U‑shaped slot for easy breaking of fragile components. Equipped with a high‑precision blood‑component sensor system, it rapidly detects plasma and red blood cells, promptly activating the clamp mechanism to halt the separation process.
The sound-and-light alarm system indicates that the slurry distribution operation has been completed. Use the reset button to reset both the alarm system and the caliper feed system; after resetting, a new slurry distribution operation can be initiated.
This machine is equipped with front and rear load cells, an internal communication module, and a heat-sealing module. It can communicate with a computer for data transmission and storage, and it can perform catheter heat-sealing operations independently.
