These four "SOS signals" are sent out by your knees!

If you don't pay attention to the following four signals, your joints may "become unusable" ahead of time!
These four "SOS signals" are sent out by your knees!

Do you think your knee joint is a perpetual motion machine?
In fact, it is the most complex "precision bearing" in the human body. With every step you take, the pressure exerted on the cartilage is approximately three times your body weight! Every time you climb a flight of stairs, the meniscus experiences a "hydraulic shock"! Relevant data shows that among people over 50 years old, 60% have knee joint cartilage wear, but 80% of the patients only seek medical treatment after irreversible damage occurs! If you don't pay attention to the following four signals, your joints may "become unusable" ahead of time!

1. Repeated pain
There is a stabbing pain in the knees when going up and down the stairs, which feels like being pricked by needles. When standing up after sitting for a long time, the knees are weak and sore at that instant. And the pain mostly occurs during activities or after fatigue.
2. Abnormal noise + pain
When the knee joint moves, the bones under the cartilage at both ends are exposed, and a sound will be made when they touch each other. It feels like the creaking sound of a bearing lacking lubricating oil. In severe cases, there will be a feeling of the bones in the joint rubbing against each other.

3. Morning stiffness lasting more than 15 minutes
When you get up in the morning, you will feel that your knees are stiff. In the early stage, it is usually mild. You will only feel that the joint movement is not flexible after getting up in the morning or sitting for a long time, and it can be relieved after a little movement. This phenomenon is called "morning stiffness". Morning stiffness generally lasts for a few minutes, and rarely exceeds 30 minutes.
4. Knee swelling
When there is sudden knee swelling after continuous weight-bearing walking, frequent going up and down slopes or maintaining a standing posture for a long time in daily life, it is often a "liquid alarm" issued by the knee joint. This may be due to knee joint effusion caused by synovitis of the knee joint.

If the above situations occur, you must not take chances and think that you will get better just by taking a rest. You should go to the hospital for examination in a timely manner to protect the health of your knees.

When the above warning signals keep occurring and traditional physical therapy is difficult to curb joint degeneration, the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy is becoming a key solution in the medical field to combat the degeneration of the knee joint.

Well-known sports stars that everyone is familiar with have received PRP treatment several times due to diseases such as knee joint sprains and chronic tendon injuries. The rehabilitation cases of these star athletes have once again brought the regenerative and repair capabilities of the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy into the spotlight in the medical field.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), as an innovative regenerative medicine approach, is gradually changing our understanding of disease management. It involves extracting the patient's own blood, and after special processing, re-injecting the plasma rich in growth factors and cytokines back into the patient's body to stimulate the body's self-healing ability and accelerate tissue repair and regeneration. Studies have shown that PRP can improve the internal environment of the joint, reduce synovial hyperplasia, regulate the levels of cytokines, and alter the structure of the cartilage tissue and the process of joint degeneration. It has a synthetic effect on chondrocytes, increases the synthesis of bone marrow stem cells, accelerates joint healing, and at the same time reduces the inflammatory response. The PRP technology for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has obvious effects in aspects such as pain relief, anti-inflammation, and tissue regeneration and repair.
