Main structure: disposable leukocyte filtration blood transfusion equipment is made of ABS, PC, PVC calendered film, PVC medical polymer pellets plasticized with di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), glass fiber and polyester fiber. this product is composed of blood bag puncture device (the number can be determined according to needs), air inlet device, protective sleeve, stop clip, drip bucket, leukocyte filter, bypass, flow regulator and transfer bag. This product does not include anticoagulants and (or) maintenance fluid. Main performance indicators: 1. average white blood cell remaining number <1X105/therapeutic amount 2. average platelet recovery rate> 91.8 3. removal of microclots in concentrated platelets 4. platelet function is not affected [instructions for use] ⑴ close the regulator and all clamps, and insert the blood bag puncture device into the blood bag diaphragm tube according to aseptic operation; ⑵ Open the blood filtration channel and start blood filtration (the filtration effect is better when the flow rate is <20 ml/min); (3) After the blood is filtered, open the exhaust channel to filter out the remaining blood in the filter; (4) Finally, open the bypass channel to discharge the blood in the lumen at the lower end of the filter into the leukocyte-depleted blood bag; (5) After exhausting, heat the leukocyte-depleted blood bag catheter, and store the dewhitened whole blood, red blood cell or plasma at (4±2)℃, and the dewhitened platelet preparation at (22±2)℃.
